Job Title: Global Campaign Manager

ABOUT HEAD RUSH TECHNOLOGIES:
We work with businesses in the outdoor, amusement, and recreation industries to provide best-in-class climbing, zip lining, and free fall experiences. Our flagship product, the TRUBLUE Auto Belay, is the top-selling climbing auto belay in the world today and is responsible for protecting over a billion climbs every year.

SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time and execute integrated omni-channel lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase adoption, and expand brand awareness. A successful global campaign manager possesses a combination of strategic thinking, cultural awareness, leadership skills, and marketing expertise to drive impactful campaigns on a global scale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create programs to generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.
- Utilize customer buyer’s journey to architect multi-channel engagement programs.
- Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of stakeholders.
- Develop content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
- Efficiently and effectively manage campaigns through to completion.
- Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
- Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
- Other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in marketing, with experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
- The ability to develop overarching campaign strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding cultural nuances and how they impact consumer behavior.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams comprising members from different geographic locations and disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey campaign strategies, progress updates, and expectations to stakeholders across various regions.
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaign concepts that capture attention and differentiate the brand.
- The capability to identify challenges and develop solutions proactively to overcome obstacles that may arise during campaign execution.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign execution, such as CRMs, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with global markets, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- The capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, customer trends, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- BA/ BS Degree or equivalent
- Experience in climbing, zip lining, adventure, tourism and/or recreation industries a plus

SALARY RANGE:
$75,000 – $90,000

Job Title: Quality Engineer

SUMMARY:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for all things Quality at Head Rush Technologies. The Quality Engineer also owns the creative investigation and problem-solving process. This role utilizes technical knowledge and a root cause analysis method to expose the underlying causes of quality issues including supplier non-conformances and customer complaints. The Quality Engineering role is an critical part of the company that collaborates with all other departments to ensure product quality remains high.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Engineering Manager located in our Louisville, CO facility. Reliable transportation to Louisville is required. This role typically operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, and varying temperatures. The role may require occasional travel to supplier or customer sites.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify root cause of product non-conformances and drive product and/or process improvement action plans
- Improve receiving and in-process inspection and acceptance processes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to gather information and resolve issues
- Gather data from various sources and recognize which trends merit further investigation
- Maintain current Module D certification by performing internal audits and organizing 3rd party regulation activities
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand feedback and provide updates
- Prepare clearly written reports detailing results of investigations
- Suggest and implement improvements to the quality issue reporting process
- Develop, maintain, and present quality metrics in group meetings
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, conducting audits and assessments as needed
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement correct actions
- Other Quality related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Engineering or 4-year technical degree in related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineer role
- Experience within a regulated industry is preferred
- Exceptional problem solving/analysis skills using sound engineering principals
- Project Management Skills – ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while utilizing a broad range of company resources in an efficient manner
- Knowledge of all aspects of component and product design, manufacturing, and quality
- Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Hands-on approach to root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Working knowledge of complex mechanical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and/or similar quality methodologies
- Flexibility to shift priorities as needed
SALARY RANGE:
$65,000 – $85,000
